Serenade models set for release

Pardee Homes will release four decorated models for sale today at Serenade, a neighborhood in the Rancho Las Palmas community, according to company executive Ray Landry.

"With lush landscaping, top-of-the-line upgrades and professional designer décor, these homes are loaded," Landry said. "And they are ready for immediate move-in."

The single-story, 1,964-square-foot Plan One model features a great room with a fireplace, a separate formal dining room, two baths and a den. The kitchen features granite counter tops, a breakfast bar, pantry and built-in desk. The model includes a covered patio with ceiling fans, and a master suite with crown molding, a French door to the patio and tumbled marble in the bath.

The Plan Two model, also a single-story home, measures 2,315 square feet with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a den. The home includes a three-sided fireplace; wood flooring in the entry, kitchen and family room; and crown molding in the living room, dining room and master suite. Also featured is a semi-circular breakfast bar, laminate kitchen counter tops, a built-in kitchen desk and upgraded maple cabinets. The landscaped back yard includes a built-in barbecue.

At 2,547 square feet, the two-story Plan Three model includes three bedrooms, three baths, a loft overlooking the living room and an upstairs tech center with a built-in computer desk. The family room, which includes a fireplace and media niche, is adjacent to the kitchen, which includes upgraded cabinets and a built-in desk. Wood flooring is in the kitchen, family room and entry. The back yard has a covered patio.

The Plan Four model at 3,282 square feet comes with four bedrooms, three baths, a library and a loft. The model includes two fireplaces, one in the family room and one outdoors. The kitchen features an island workstation, all granite counters and stainless steel built-in appliances.

Located in the southern part of the valley, the neighborhood is within the Rancho Las Palmas community, which features an eight-acre park and an elementary school. Sports facilities include a ball field, tennis courts, a playground, volleyball and basketball courts and trails. There is also a gazebo with a barbecue area.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Windmill Lane, go west to Bermuda Road, go south to Brindisi Avenue and follow the signs. Models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.
