Pulte's service impresses repeat buyers

Tim and Ann Tinker had such a pleasant experience with their first Pulte home that when they made the decision to move, they wanted to be sure that their next home was from Pulte as well. The couple purchased a new home at Pulte's Gresham Park neighborhood in Summerlin Centre.

"We currently live only about one mile from Gresham Park, and we just love the area," Ann Tinker said. "When we began looking at models, we just fell in love with the 1777 plan at Gresham Park. We were drawn to the well-designed floor plan, particularly the downstairs master suite."

Four single- and two-story floor plans are offered at the neighborhood, ranging from 1,359 to 2,000 square feet and priced from $209,990 to $259,990. Some feature porches and balconies.

The homes have been recognized for energy efficiency. The have earned the Energy Star seal, and are built with Environments for Living building technology. Each offers a three-year heating and cooling guarantee.

"Pulte delivers a very high-quality product, and their commitment to providing energy-efficient homes is very appealing to us," Tim Tinker said.

The Tinkers said they have been pleased with the builder's customer service.

"We've been thoroughly satisfied with the customer service we've received from the Pulte staff members," Ann Tinker said. "The lines of communication between us and Pulte have been open all along the way. We are very excited to move into our new home next month."

Residents will have access to the amenities of Summerlin Centre, which will feature shopping, restaurants, entertainment venues, walking trails and parks.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Sahara Avenue, travel east to Town Center Drive and go north. Turn right on La Madre Mountain Drive and the neighborhood is on the left.

The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon.

Pulte, one of the nation's largest home builders, also offers Wyeth Ranch and Silverstone Ranch in the northwestern valley; Paradiso, Summerfield, Hillstone, Cara Vella and Sage Hills in Summerlin; Serenata and Vialetto in Aliante, and Anthem Highlands in Henderson.

Under its Del Webb brand, the company is a leading builder of age-qualified communities.

The company also operates a mortgage company.
