Choices abound at Eldorado Highlands, Aliante
Pardee Homes' Eldorado Highlands and Seasons subdivisions offer master-planned lifestyles in North Las Vegas, according to sales director Rob Tuvell. Eldorado Highlands' Talavera, Fontana and Mandevilla neighborhoods offer 12 single- and two-story homes. Tuvell said a new phase of homes will be released today in the Fontana neighborhood. The neighborhood features homes measuring from 1,594 to 2,931 square feet and priced from $167,450 to $226,950. They offer three to six bedrooms and optional bonus rooms, and a loft is available in Plan Four, which has a three-car garage. Talavera, priced from $151,450 to $190,450, has four designs with three to five bedrooms. They measure from 1,383 to 2,442 square feet and offer bonus rooms, optional dens, lofts and three-car garages in some plans. With floor plans that can accommodate as many as eight bedrooms and six baths, Mandevilla is priced from $243,950 to $296,450. Four plans measure from 2,512 to 3,899 square feet and offer options such as super bonus rooms, super master suites, guest suites, libraries, tech centers and balconies. To visit Eldorado Highlands, take Craig Road to Camino al Norte and proceed north to the community's entrance. Seasons has four single- and two-story designs that have as many as five bedrooms and four baths in as much as 4,214 square feet. Homes are priced from $239,950 to $292,450. To visit Seasons, take U.S. Highway 95 to Centennial Parkway, exit east to Sky Pointe Drive and turn right. Turn right at Frontage Road, then left onto Interstate 215. Exit at Aliante Parkway and go south. All of the homes have earned the Energy Star seal for exceeding national energy-efficiency standards by at least 30 percent. Models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.
