Seven Hills nears end; only dozen lots remain

The sales staff at Seven Hills reports that sales of custom homes has escalated during the close-out phase. About a dozen home sites remain for sale in the Henderson community, according to sales executive Beth Naef.

Naef said home sites offer a range of choices including elevated locations and views.

"People looking for the right location for their future dream home will find that Seven Hills offers home sites in a variety of appealing settings," she said.

"Right now, we are offering wonderful golf course and fairway canyon views, as well as city light and mountain vistas -- all set within the quiet, natural desert landscape."

Prices range from the low $200,000s to $1 million.

Most home sites are located in guard-gated neighborhoods.

More than 200 custom lots have been sold and more than 150 custom homes are completed, under construction or in the architectural review process. Amenities at the custom-home neighborhoods have been completed, including landscaped areas, a view park, and a 2-acre park with tennis and basketball courts, and a playground.

Seven Hills features four city parks and several neighborhood parks. Each city park is designed to complement the terrain of the area. They include basketball and tennis courts, picnic shelters, soccer and baseball fields, volleyball quads, and playgrounds.

Information regarding home sites is available at the sales pavilion. To visit, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is one mile west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
