COLUMN: ACHIEVERS

-- American Nevada Co. promoted Jon Legarza to senior project manager in its commercial construction department. A 16-year veteran of the construction industry, Legarza manages all aspects of construction for the company's commercial properties including office, industrial and retail projects. He joined the company in 1997 as construction manager for the Green Valley Ranch and Seven Hills communities.
