-- Lucchesi and Associates' Nancy Schult represented Allstate Insurance in its five-year lease of 8,700 square feet at 2600 E. Flamingo Road from Desio for $881,979.

-- Cameron Wilson of Millennium Commercial Real Estate Services represented Reno Arville Associates in its 38-month lease of 1,750 square feet at 5073 Arville St. to Las Vegas Party Tents for $51,600. In another transaction, DeAnna Goyhenetche represented Physiotherapy Associates in its 64-month lease of 2,242 square feet at 2790 W. Horizon Ridge Parkway from Horizon Coronado, represented by Buzz Horden of Vegas Commercial Real Estate, for $226,644.

-- E.J. Paul Sweetland of Sweetland Industrial Realty represented NTL Investments in its purchase of 4,795 square feet at 4410 S. Valley View Blvd. from Equipco, represented by Jeremy Green of CB Richard Ellis for $691,000.

-- Frank DeAngelo of Century 21 Aadvantage Gold represented Farnoush Athari in his five-year lease 1,688 square feet at 2242 S. Rainbow Blvd. from O'Bannon Plaza, represented by Penny Mendlovic of NAI Horizon for $150,707. DeAngelo also represented Hamid Ahmadi in his purchase of 5,000 square feet at 1500 E. Desert Inn Road from Greg Hendrickson, represented by Capri Evans of Prudential Americana Group, for $1.09 million.

-- American Nevada Co.'s Charles Van Geel represented the company in its 12-month lease of 2,396 square feet at 2275 Corporate Circle in the Green Valley Corporate Center to Countrywide Home Loans for $66,129. Van Geel again represented American Nevada in its five-year lease of 20,401 square feet at 2460 Paseo Verde Parkway in Green Valley Corporate Center South to Credit Acceptance Corp., represented by Ryan Hawkins of The Staubach Co. for $1.77 million.

-- CB Richard Ellis' Suzette LaGrange and Lance Robins represented 4YourSoul.com in its five-year lease of 5,997 square feet at 111 Corporate Park Drive from Mary Crest Partners for $297,000. Keith Spencer represented the William G. Souroures Living Trust in its sale of 3.49 acres at the northeast corner of Major and Coronado streets to Accessible Space for $700,000. Donna Alderson, Greg Tassi and Jeremy Green represented Prologis in a three-year of 32,000 square feet at 4151 N. Pecos Road to Izzo Golf for $345,000.

-- Michael Kammerling of Grubb and Ellis represented Check City in its five-year lease of 2,500 square feet at 4161 S. Eastern Ave., Unit F-1, from Flamingo Eastern, represented by Michael Moussa, for $379,435. Kammerling also represented CPC Shops in the 10-year lease of 1,200 square feet at 10860 W. Charleston Blvd., to Carvel, represented by Julie Quisenberry of R.O.I. Commcercial Real Estate, for $520,001. Bill Hogan represented Vegan Properties in the 50-month lease of 1,437 square feet at 2030 E. Flamingo Road, Suite 175, to Bishop Media, represented by Jeff Linn of the Network Realty Group, for $137,071. David Scherer, Barton Hyde and Kent Johns represented Nevada Holding Services in the 59-month lease of 1,351 square feet at 101 Convention Center Drive, Suite 880, from Tomorrow 33 Convention, represented by Linda Bradley of Kennedy Wilson, for $134,393. Scherer, Hyde and Johns also represented Lehua Enterprises in the sale of 106,407 square feet at 4750 W. Oakey Blvd. to NNN Oakey Building 2003, represented by Darryll Goodman, for $8.13 million.

-- Brad Benz and David Laverne of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented Tommy's in the 35-month lease of 4,000 square feet at 3744 W. Meade Ave., Suites 3 and 4, from The Hale Corp., represented by Mark Holten of Signa Realty, for $85,880. Benz and Laverne also represented both parties in CJAC's 36-month lease of 2,880 square feet at 2625 S. Rainbow Blvd., Suite C-106, to Five Star Mortgage for $167,328.

-- Lee and Associates' Charles W. Witters represented HDR Engineering in its 96-month lease of 11,305 square feet at 770 E. Warm Springs Road from McCarran Center for $2.44 million. Witters and David Flynn represented Steve Terttin in the purchase of 21,518 square feet at 3455 S. Durango Drive from Spring Mountain Durango, represented by Butch Canfield of The Canfield Corp., for $4.5 million. Witters and Flynn also represented P-38 Properties in the 66-month lease of 2,576 square feet at 5740 S. Eastern Ave. to Focalpoint International, represented by Tom Tedder of Century 21 MoneyWorld, for $300,356.
