Del Webb reports interest solid for all-ages Club Aliante

Del Webb reported strong interest in its new guard-gated Club Aliante community in North Las Vegas.

"Interest in Del Webb's newest all-age community, Club Aliante, has been phenomenal. Home buyers appreciate Club Aliante's high level of included features, as well as the resort-style amenities that are a natural part of this community," senior sales manager Jeb Koury said.

Located next to the builder's age-qualified Sun City Aliante within the Aliante master plan, the community is set to open in the fall and will be comprised of 325 residences.

Five single- and two-story plans with covered patios and three-car garages will be offered.

Measuring 2,168 square feet, the single-story Sagecrest has three bedrooms, two baths, a great room, and dining room. It is priced from $525,000.

The 2,576-square-foot Amberly, also a single-story design, features three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, formal living and dining rooms, a study, family room and kitchen nook. It is priced from $549,000.

Mesa Rose is a 2,714-square-foot single-story design. It offers three bedrooms, three baths, a den or optional fourth bedroom, formal living and dining rooms, a family room and kitchen nook. The design is priced from $589,000.

Priced from $669,000, Sandalwood is a two-story design with four bedrooms, four baths, a den or optional fifth bedroom, formal living and dining rooms, a family room and kitchen nook.

At 3,630 square feet, the Sunstone is the largest offering. It features four bedrooms including a downstairs master suite, 4 1/2 baths, a loft or optional fifth bedroom, formal living and dining rooms, a den, family room and kitchen nook. It is priced from $699,000.

All homes will carry the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star label and feature the Environments for Living building technology. They offer a heating and cooling energy-use and comfort guarantee.

Inspired by the builder's Anthem County Club in Henderson, the community will feature amenities such as a fitness/recreation center, swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball court, and play areas.

Aliante contains the Aliante Golf Club, an 18-hole public facility which winds through Club Aliante; and the 20-acre Nature Discovery Park, which has a group picnic area, amphitheater, soccer fields, and tennis and volleyball courts. Additional parks and walking trails are featured, while commercial development is planned to include schools and shopping venues.

The presales center is next to the Sun City Aliante sales office. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to the Interstate 215 east exit. Proceed to the Aliante Parkway exit, then go north. The office is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
