Many people have responded to the excitement of living at juhl in downtown Las Vegas, according to the developer.
Among those who have recently purchased a home in the mid-rise, mixed-use development are Liko Smith, and his sister, E'Lala Frank.

"I couldn't imagine a better condominium purchase than buying at juhl," Smith said. "It is perfect for people that want to be in an area that isn't overly commercialized and has convenient access to the artist district, excellent nightlife, great shopping, and the distinctive flavor that is classic downtown Las Vegas.
"My poolside, two-story loft will be the perfect place to entertain guests, watch the fireworks on the Strip, or spend time with my wife and son."
Smith said he was impressed by the developer's reputation.
"CityMark was one of the main reasons I selected juhl," he said. "I was familiar with their work in San Diego and their experience in building urban residential projects."
Confident with his purchase, Smith recommended the property to his sister, who then purchased a two-story, street-level townhome.
Located at the corner of Bonneville Avenue and Fourth Street, the development will comprise six buildings of varying heights and facades.
More than 100 floor plans are available, ranging from 616 to 2,500 square feet, in one- and two-story designs for lofts, townhouses, flats and penthouses.
Residents can customize their interiors with optional walls.
Prices start from the high-$200,000s.
Interior elements are planned to include 10-foot floor-to-ceiling windows; upgraded plumbing fixtures; energy-efficient air conditioning and heating; high-speed Internet access; and kitchens with granite counter tops, maple cabinetry and stainless steel appliances.
Resident amenities are planned to include a two-story fitness center with equipment, a landscaped rooftop courtyard with a pool and spa, gated underground parking and 24,000 square feet of retail space.
