Builder's sales progress at The Villages

KB Home offers two series of homes in its Bella Terra development at The Villages at Southern Highlands. The Milan and Venetian series offer 13 single- and two-story floor plans, ranging from 1,151 to 2,972 square feet.

Six floor plans are modeled at the development, where more than 140 homes have been sold since last October.

The largest plan can be built with as many as six bedrooms and four baths. Options include bonus rooms and extended family rooms and garages.

Southern Highlands, a master-planned community in the southwestern valley, offers a variety of floor plans by several builders. Homes are priced from the $120,000s to the $400,000s. Planned amenities include more than 40 acres of parks, jogging paths, hiking trails, and a village center offering dining and shopping opportunities.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to Lake Mead Drive and exit west, following the signs. Models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
