Stallion Mountain provides golfing opportunities

Pulte Homes offers country club-style living in three neighborhoods at Stallion Mountain in the southeastern valley. Surrounded by the Stallion Mountain golf course, the guard-gated community features gas lamplights, parks and landscaped streetscapes.

Twelve single-story models, measuring from 1,190 to 2,881 square feet, are offered in The Links, The Fairways and The Greens neighborhoods.

Priced from $130,990, The Links features four floor plans that range from 1,190 to 1,619 square feet. Amenities include front-yard landscaping maintenance, a private recreation center with a workout facility, pool, spa, and park with gazebo.

The Fairways, priced from the $166,990, presents four floor plans, measuring from 1,531 to 2,300 square feet. The homes offer three or four bedrooms, two-car garages, optional recreation and hobby rooms, front-yard landscaping, covered patios, and covered front porches and/or courtyards (per plan).

The Greens series starts from $229,990 and offers three plans, ranging from 2,476 to 2,881 square feet. The homes feature circular dining areas, optional casitas, great rooms, low dividing walls in living areas, covered patios, two- or three-car garages, and covered front porches and/or courtyards (per plan).

All homes include the Engineered for Life energy efficiency package. With this package, the builder reports that the homes use 30 percent less energy for heating, cooling and water heating than a standard home.

To visit, take Interstate 515 to Flamingo Road, go east, past Boulder Highway, and turn left into the community's entrance. The models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. except Monday, when they open at noon.
