Lamplight Square at Seven Hills reminiscent of smaller towns

Lennar's Lamplight Square at Seven Hills, a gated neighborhood in Henderson, evokes the sense of a quaint small town where people can get to know their neighbors, according to Pam Banaszak, vice president of sales and marketing for the builder.

"With charming, distinctive architecture and delightful appeal, Lamplight Square homeowners will love the community swimming pool, tot play area, barbecue, completely furnished clubhouse, and gazebo," Banaszak said.

In addition, the homeowners association maintains the landscaping of all front yards.

The three two-story plans available range from 1,936 to 2,251 square feet with two to four bedrooms, 2 1/2 to 3 baths, and two-car garages. The kitchens come with granite counter tops, oak raised-panel cabinetry and lighting fixtures. Master suites include walk-in closets, garden tubs and cultured-marble vanities.

Prices start from the $400,000s.

To visit, take the Las Vegas Beltway to Eastern Avenue, head south to Sunridge Heights Parkway, then go west to Coronado Center Drive.

The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Mondays, when it opens at noon.
