Acacia to include move-in package

Acacia is one of the actively selling neighborhoods within Pardee's Nevada Trails community in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley.

"Acacia offers home buyers great family friendly floor plans, including homes with optional casita and distinctive courtyard entries," said Ray Landry, assistant vice president of sales for the builder. "Acacia's location has made it a favorite among current residents looking to move up while remaining in Nevada Trails."

For a limited time, the builder offers a move-in package that includes a refrigerator, washer, dryer and miniblinds with the purchase of new homes in select floor plans.

Buyers can choose from four floor plans.

Plan One is a single-story design with three bedrooms or an optional den, two baths, and a two-car garage plus a side-loading garage that can be converted into an optional workshop. The home measures 1,990 square feet and is priced from $458,450.

Plan Two, also single story, features three bedrooms, a den and 2 1/2 baths. The tandem two-car garage can be built as an optional bedroom, an exercise room or additional closet in the master bedroom. The 2,459-square-foot home is priced from $494,450.

The two-story Plan Three measures 2,734 square feet with four bedrooms, a loft or optional fifth bedroom, three baths, a three-car garage and an optional casita. It is priced from $518,700.

Plan Four measures 3,314 square feet in a two-story layout. It provides four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a loft and a spiral staircase at the entry. It also features a two-car garage plus a side-loading garage. The floor plan is priced from $562,700.

New homes are also available in the Palo Verde and Mesquite neighborhoods. Both offer the builder's LivingSmart choices for healthier, more energy-efficient living options.

Palo Verde's courtyard homes measure from 2,817 to 5,051 square feet with as many as six bedrooms and five baths. Prices start from $599,450 to $700,950.

Mesquite's single- and two-story floor plans range from 1,535 to 2,435 square feet with as many as five bedrooms and three baths. The homes are priced from $362,200 to $471,700.

Additionally, all homes in Nevada Trails are Energy Star rated. They incorporate energy savings into the design and construction and use about 30 percent less energy for cooling, heating and water heating than a standard home.

The 10-acre Nevada Trails Park provides basketball and tennis courts, playing fields, a playground, an exercise track and a picnic area. The trail system in Nevada Trails is landscaped with native and drought-resistant trees and plants.

To visit, take the Las Vegas Beltway to Rainbow Boulevard, go one mile south to Robindale Road, turn right and follow the signs.

The sales office and models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Mondays, when they open at 11 a.m.

Pardee has constructed more than 30,000 homes in Southern Nevada since 1952.
