Christopher Homes' San Michelle neighborhood, located in the guard-gated Queensridge community, has one home remaining, according to sales agents.

The single-story Chagall design is located along the Badlands Golf Club and features four bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, a three-car garage and 3,912 square feet. It is priced at $662,687.

Amenities include front-yard and courtyard landscaping, cherry wood cabinetry, travertine flooring, custom interior paint in neutral tones, a detached casita with a full bath, and a courtyard fireplace.

"Queensridge has blossomed into one of the most desirable planned communities in Southern Nevada, and the only future opportunity to purchase an elegant new home of this caliber would be to purchase a home site and build a custom residence," sales agent Michelle Gallagher said. The neighborhood began with 81 homes, and the builder purchased an additional 40 home sites to meet a greater demand, according to Gallagher.
