-- Penny Mendlovic of NAI Horizon represented Health Express in a five-year lease of 1,400 square feet in Southern Highlands Marketplace, located at the southeast corner of Southern Highlands Parkway and Cactus Avenue, from O & O Enterprises for $200,760. In another transaction, Kathy Campbell, Carla Molina and Janet Goldstein represented Americana One Paradise in the four-year lease of 1,966 square feet of office space at 3790 S. Paradise Road, Suite 130, to JBT Capital Partners for $172,222.

-- Grubb and Ellis' David Scherer, Barton Hyde, Kent Johns and Bill Hogan represented Triple Net Properties in its five-year lease of 2,872 square feet at 7201 W. Lake Mead Blvd., Suite 212, to First American Title, represented by Lizz Schafer of Colliers International, for $375,887.

-- GVA Industrial Property Group's Art Farmanali, Jeff Barton and Dean Willmore represented both parties in Marnell Corrao Associates' one-year lease of 15,420 square feet at 3542 Sirius Ave. from Jonathan Park for $72,166. In another transaction, Kim Friedman and Xavier Wasiak represented Cassia Way in its three-year lease of 1,680 square feet at 175 Cassia Way in Henderson to RPL International for $59,292.

-- Ross Burnett of the Business Properties Group represented the company in its 15-year lease of 4,500 square feet at 221 N. Stephanie St. in the Stephanie Promenade to Bank of Nevada for $2.5 million. Burnett also represented the company in its three-year lease of 1,371 square feet at 1550 W. Horizon Ridge Parkway, Suite G, in the Parkridge Retail Center to Bead Jungle for $91,539. In another transaction, Burnett represented the company in its three-year lease of 2,409 square feet at 1111 Mary Crest Road, Suite P, in the Mary Crest Corporate Center to Bearco, dba Fashion Knockoffs, for $65,301.

-- CB Richard Ellis' Steven Terry and Carlton Geer represented the California Hotel and Casino in its sale of .17 acres at 116 S. First St. to 1st Rainbow for $375,000. Jayne Cayton represented the American Nevada Co. in its five-year lease of 7,741 square feet at 2370 Corporate Circle Drive to American Home Mortgage Holdings for $865,000. In another transaction, Brad Peterson represented Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith in its five-year lease of 17,618 square feet at 2300 W. Sahara Ave. from NFC for $2.44 million. Randy Broadhead and Cayton represented Howard Hughes Properties in its three-year lease of 17,740 square feet at 9921 Covington Cross Drive to the HorseShow Gaming Holding Group for $855,000. Darren Lemmon represented Wells Fargo Bank in its three-year lease of 1,498 square feet at 4115 W. Spring Mountain Road to Olympus IV for $89,000.
