Sunset Ridge is an all single-story neighborhood situated within Ridgebrook Village in the Summerlin master-planned community. Built by Pulte Homes, Sunset Ridge floor plans are the same as those featured at the builder's Autumn Ridge site.

Four plans are available, measuring from 1,481 to 1,881 square feet.

Prices start from $189,990 to $208,990.

Various features include courtyards, great rooms, and master suites with walk-in closets. All homes are built for energy efficiency, and feature the Platinum Series Environments for Living building technology and the Energy Star label. In addition, Pulte Living Certified homes offer a two-year heating and cooling guarantee.

Summerlin's amenities include shops, restaurants, golf courses, parks and trails.

To visit Sunset Ridge, take Interstate 215 to Town Center Drive, head north to Desert Inn Road, then go west over the interstate and follow the signs. Sales office hours are from noon to 7 p.m. on Monday; 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday through Friday; and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Pulte is developing 11 neighborhoods in Southern Nevada. Three additional neighborhoods -- Sage Hills, Cara Vella and Wyeth Ranch -- are planned.
