New phase of terraced home sites released at Renaissance

Pardee Homes is releasing a new phase of terraced home sites today at Renaissance, a gated neighborhood located within the Seven Hills community in Henderson. Homes on the elevated sites will overlook the city, mountains and a golf course.

"After today's release, there will only be three additional releases of Renaissance homes before this extraordinary community is completed," said Ray Landry, assistant vice president of sales for the builder.

All homes feature the Energy Star label for energy efficiency.

"Pardee is continuing its tradition of building energy-efficient homes with Renaissance," Landry said. "Pardee is including features that meet or exceed the very highest standards of energy efficiency to merit the coveted Energy Star label from the Environmental Protection Agency."

Benefits from this designation include a decrease in ultraviolet light through special glass windows, reduced energy costs, and a quieter home due to vinyl-framed windows.

Five single- and two-story floor plans are available, ranging from 2,726 to 4,620 square feet. Homes are priced from $284,750 to $379,250.

The two single-story designs can be built with two bedrooms plus a den or optional suite; four bedrooms; or with three bedrooms plus a den. The two-story plans measure from 3,756 to 4,620 square feet and offer as many as seven bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths.

Features include rotunda and courtyard entries, butler's pantries, a wraparound balcony in one plan, sculptured fireplaces, high ceilings and arched doorways.

Optional designs include bedroom suites, bay windows, French doors at courtyard entry, wrought-iron balustrades on staircases, lofts, dens, game rooms, bonus rooms, a bar off the family room in one plan, and a wraparound balcony in another model.

Kitchens contain a pantry; ceramic-tile counter tops; oak cabinetry; and an appliance package that includes a five-burner cook top, built-in microwave/oven combination, vent hood and dishwasher. Options include expanded space for commercially appointed appliances, including a 48-inch range.

Options consultants at the builder's design center are available to assist buyers.

Seven Hills is a 1,300-acre community with city and neighborhood parks, and miles of trails and walkways in the foothills near Black Mountain.

To visit, take Eastern Avenue south to Grand Hills Drive, turn right and follow the signs. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at 11 a.m.
