Following are some of the companies' projects:
Related is a partner in the World Market Center in Las Vegas, among myriad other projects in New York and Florida; Arquitectonica designed the Westin New York Hotel in Times Square, as well as the American embassy in Lima, Peru; and Rockwell designed the upscale Nobu eateries, Kodak Theatre in Hollywood, and Related's W Hotel in New York.
Arquitectonica founding principal Bernardo Fort-Brescia designed the ICON towers, while Rockwell created the lobby and 6th floor deck with a pool and cabanas.
"Not only are they creating a beautiful physical setting, but an inspirational one as well," sales manager Sarah Prinsloo said.
Three floor plans are available, ranging from 972 to 1824 square feet.
Prices start from the $700,000s.
Prinsloo said residents will enjoy 24-hour concierge, valet parking and security services.
The project will comprise 514 residences.
Reservations are being accepted for the second tower.
The sales center, located at 200 Convention Center Drive, is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
