Pulte seeks to keep clients informed

Pulte Homes' customer service program results in more confident, informed and involved homeowners, according to executive Nat Hodgson.

"Home buyers are involved right from the beginning of the construction process," said Hodgson, who oversees the Seven Step Customer Relations Program. "By the time of the final walk-through, we have delivered a home that we're proud to have built and that our buyers are proud to call home."

The program encompasses a construction process orientation; predrywall frame walk; quality assurance inspection; final homeowner orientation; and 30-day, 90-day and 11-month follow-ups after closing.

Because homeowners are involved in each step of the building process, they feel more comfortable and educated about their new home, Hodgson said.

In surveys conducted by J.D. Power and Associates, Pulte has ranked highest in customer satisfaction among area home builders for four years.

The builder is developing 22 neighborhoods in Southern Nevada, including Wyeth Ranch and Silverstone Ranch in the northwestern valley; Serenata, Treviso, Pavona and Salerno in Aliante; Paradiso, Miramonte, Escala, Palomar and Cordova in Summerlin; and Anthem Highlands and Amber Ridge at Mission Hills in Henderson.

Pulte Homes Inc., operates in more than 40 markets nationwide. Under its Del Webb brand, the company is the nation's leading builder of communities for people age 55 and older.
