juhl buyers convene for milestone event at mid-rise condo project
Condo buyers in the juhl mid-rise project traveled from as far away as Florida, New York and Chicago to raise their glass at a ceremony to celebrate a construction milestone of the mixed-use condominium project in downtown Las Vegas.
Former California resident Dawn Dillon, purchased a shopkeeper unit at juhl for use as her residence and art studio.

"When I heard that CityMark was the developer, I knew it was going to be special," she said of the company, based out of San Diego and known for their revitalization of the city's downtown area.
Jason Rosenberg of New York, one of the first purchasers at juhl, said he can't wait.
"The downtown Las Vegas area will be alive with activity and I will be smack in the middle of it all," he said.
Local resident Mary Peterson is looking forward to an urban lifestyle.
"I want to be able to walk to shops and restaurants," she said. "I also like to travel, and I love the idea of no maintenance and no worries."
Move-ins are expected in the spring of 2008.
