Woodside develops strong presence at Southern Highlands

Woodside Homes has sold more than 275 homes since opening in September 2000 at The Villages at Southern Highlands.

Monterosso Crossing homes range from 1,100 to 1,500 square feet, and start from the $140,000s. These single-story home are located near the foothills of the southwestern valley.

Ranging from 1,500 to 2,400 square feet, Monterosso Canyons homes start from the low $160,000s and feature both single- and two-story homes. Three-car garages are optional.

Monterosso Vintage features one- and two-story homes with as many as six bedrooms. Ranging from 2,100 to 3,100 square feet, these homes start from the $190,000s.

Ranging from 2,700 to 4,200 square feet, Monterosso Premier homes start in the mid-$200,000s. Offering decks and casitas, these single- and two-story homes can be built to suit a variety of requests.

All of the homes are backed by a 10-year limited warranty.

Homes within Southern Highlands are priced from the $120,000s to the $400,000s.

The community includes more than 40 acres of parks, more than 100 acres of open areas, as well as jogging paths and hiking trails.

All of the neighborhood sales offices offer information on The Villages. They are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
