Prize drawing set at Palisades
Prospective home buyers who visit Christopher Homes' Palisades neighborhood in Summerlin from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. today will have the opportunity to register to win his-and-hers Mercedes automobiles, compliments of a local dealer of high-end pre-owned vehicles. The event is being held in conjunction with the final phase of sales at the guard-gated neighborhood. Free refreshments will be available. The neighborhood is being constructed along the fairways of the TPC at The Canyons golf course in The Canyons village. Five one- and two-story floor plans are available, measuring from 3,758 to more than 6,200 square feet and priced from $446,900. Home sites range from about one-quarter acre to one-half acre. According to sales agent DeAnn Pepper, thousands of dollars in savings are available to final-phase buyers, and homes will be ready for occupancy within about 30 days. "We are offering final-phase pricing, tremendous savings, a wonderful selection of residential designs and home sites, plus a few opportunities for fast move-in ...," Pepper said. Buyers who select a home site and design prior to start of construction can consider hundreds of customizing options, including elevators, courtyard fireplaces, wine cellars, casitas, secondary owner suites, extra bedrooms and baths, bonus rooms, libraries, and wet bars. Along with access to an architectural designer, each buyer receives free consultation with a designer at the builder's design center. To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive, turn south and proceed to Hualapai Way. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
