Pulte designs Mill Creek to be inviting

Wide entries and brightly lit living areas welcome visitors to Pulte Homes' Mill Creek neighborhood at Lynbrook.

"We strive to create warm, luxurious home environments that are economical for all of our home buyers," sales and marketing executive Joe Whatley said. "Pulte is proud to say that we have achieved this through the many different options and energy-efficient features that are standard by purchasing a Pulte Home."

Standard features include vaulted ceilings, ceramic-tile entries and eight-foot entry doors.

In addition, all homes feature the Environment for Living Gold Series-Guarantee technology. This package of energy-efficient amenities includes ground-mounted air-conditioning units and forced-air gas heat, exterior walls with blown-in cellulose insulation, and 50-gallon water heaters.

Homes are priced from $201,990. Select homes that are ready for move-in include a $10,000 buyer incentive.

The single-story Sea Breeze measures 2,300 square feet with four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a two-car garage. There are options for a recreation room, three-car garage and a hobby room.

Offering 3,007 square feet, the two-story Marina model offers a first-floor owner suite, three additional bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, and a loft or fifth bedroom. The home has a formal living and dining area, a kitchen and nook overlooking the family room, and a three-car garage.

The Del Ray plan measures 3,589 square feet and can be built with five bedrooms and a game room, or seven bedrooms. Other areas include a loft, island kitchen and laundry room.

Owner suites are designed with picture windows, walk-in closets, dual-sink vanities, and garden tubs and separate showers with brass and chrome fixtures.

Kitchens include built-in gas ranges, solid-surface counter tops, recessed lighting (per plan), built-in microwaves and dishwashers, and hardwood cabinets with concealed hinges.

Other highlights include Category 5e phone and television wiring, front-yard landscaping, a covered patio, covered front porch and/or courtyard (per plan), stucco eaves, and garage door and security system prewiring.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Ann Road then go east to Jones Boulevard. Head north to Farm Road, turn right and follow the signs to the models. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon.

Visitors at any Pulte neighborhood through Aug. 19 can register for the builder's Dream Home Sweepstakes. One grand prize winner will have the opportunity to select a home ($250,000 toward a home) from any of the builder's more than 400 neighborhoods nationwide. The grand prize winner will be announced in late September.
