Rhodes Ranch promotion draws visitors

Rhodes Homes has a promotion to draw new-home shoppers to all nine neighborhoods at Rhodes Ranch in the southwest area.

Through Sept. 23, visitors at any neighborhood within the community may register to win one of three prizes: a $2,500 furniture store gift certificate, a $1,000 landscape pond package, or a free-standing barbecue valued at $2,000.

Five home builders are active within the community: Astoria Homes, Desert Oak Homes, KB Home, Royal Construction and Rhodes Homes. Amenities include an entry gate and golf course.

Visitors can register multiple times by visiting all neighborhoods. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Durango Drive, head south to Warm Springs Road then follow the signs.

Winners need not be present at the drawings, which will take place in late September.
