Buyers attracted by amenities at The Villas

The amenities are attracting home buyers to Rhodes Homes' The Villas in the southwestern valley, according to sales agent Stan Royale.

Included amenities are a park, swimming pool, spa and a picnic/barbecue area with an outdoor fireplace.

"The only way you can get all of those great amenities in a home that costs $78 per square foot is to purchase some type of attached home," Royale said. "We've got spacious two-story detached homes available at The Villas. That's why new home buyers are choosing our community to fulfill the lifelong dreams of affordably owning their own part of the American dream."

The neighborhood has three, two-story floor plans with two-car garages. When the home buyer uses the builder's preferred lender, desert white granite counter tops in the kitchen are included.

The first home, with 1,856 square feet of space, is priced in the high $160,000s. The three-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath model with a loft includes the option of making the two front bedrooms into a bonus room.

The second model is a three-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath home with 2,024 square feet. It features a great room and dining room, while the garage can be accessed through the kitchen. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, and the two front-facing bedrooms can be configured into a second master bedroom or bonus room. The home is priced from the mid-$170,000s.

A 2,400-square-foot design has four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a living room, family room, formal dining room and upstairs laundry area. The fourth bedroom can be converted into a master bedroom retreat and the two front-facing bedrooms can be built as a bonus room. The home is priced from high $180,000s.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Sunset Road, travel west and follow the signs. The model homes and sales office are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
