Vistana agent touts fitness center

Homeowners at Vistana in the Rhodes Ranch community like to keep fit in the condominium complex's two-story fitness center, according to sales agent Brent Simmons.

"New home buyers are amazed when we show them our two-story fitness center," Simmons said. "That is a great homeowner amenity that definitely gets a lot of use."

Simmons said the complex offers a resort lifestyle set in the southwestern area of the Las Vegas Valley, and homes are available with as little as $1,000 down to qualified buyers.

Some of the resort-style amenities include two swimming pools, a two-story fitness center and a spa. A third pool is planned.

Three floor plans feature one bedroom and one bath in 670 to 796 square feet. Five two-bedroom, two-bath homes range from 847 to 1,200 square feet. The three-bedroom, two-bath Venice floor plan measures 1,413 square feet.
