Quick move-ins available at Talavera

Homes are available for immediate and fall occupancy at Pardee's Talavera neighborhood in Eldorado Highlands in the community of Eldorado, according to Rob Tuvell, Pardee sales director.

Homes in the North Las Vegas neighborhood are priced from $138,450 to $177,950. The four one- and two-story floor plans measure from 1,383 to 2,296 square feet and offer from three to five bedrooms, family rooms, formal living rooms, island kitchens in most plans and master suites.

"For families who don't want to wait to move into this popular community, Talavera now offers an attractive opportunity," Tuvell said. "In addition to affordable pricing, Talavera homes are certified to comply with Energy Star standards. It's no wonder the neighborhood has been ranked as one of the best in Southern Nevada."

Available now is a Plan Four-A, a four-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath home featuring a den and three-car garage in 2,296 square feet. It is priced at $173,450.

Plan Three-B will be available in September. Measuring 2,442 square feet, the home has four bedrooms, three baths, a bonus room and two-car garage. It is priced at $172,950.

In November, Plan Two-A will be available. The 1,569-square-foot home has three bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage. It is priced at $144,800.

Each design has received the Energy Star seal for exceeding national energy efficiency standards by at least 30 percent.

The Eldorado community includes an elementary school named in honor of the late Pardee executive Lee Antonello, the 22-acre Seastrand Park, Eldorado Park and a fire station.

The Talavera models are featured in the Eldorado Highlands model park which is also the site of the models for the Fontana and Mandevilla neighborhoods.

To visit, take Craig Road to Camino al Norte, go north where it will become Camino Eldorado, and proceed to the sales center and model park. The models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.
