The Villas homes ready for buyers

Christopher Homes recently completed four "highly appointed" homes at The Villas, each of which can be ready for move-in within a month, according to sales agent Teresa Tebbs. The neighborhood is located in the Southern Highlands community in the southwestern valley.

"Having homes of this caliber nearly ready for move-in presents a rare opportunity," Tebbs said. The prices of these select homes starts from about $800,000, including the lot premium and all structural and design center upgrades. For a limited time, the builder is also offering a bonus on upgraded appliance packages, rear-yard landscaping and window coverings.

Also available for purchase are two furnished and decorated model homes. Each aligns the golf course and has views of the city and mountains.

The Villas offers seven detached courtyard homes that measure from 2,100 to 3,300 square feet and are priced from the high $300,000s to the mid-$800,000s. Most are located on cul-de-sac lots surrounded by landscaping.

Each home has a courtyard and a rear-yard terrace and offers customizing options such as wine cellars and courtyard fireplaces. All front-yard maintenance is handled through the homeowners association.

Christopher Homes is also developing The Christopher Collection at Southern Highlands Golf Club. Buyers can choose from 15 floor plans, ranging from 3,000 to 6,200 square feet and priced from the high $400,000s to more than $1 million. Among the homes are five single-story designs, two two-story designs with a downstairs master suite, and eight two-story homes with an upstairs master suite.

Homes sites average one-quarter acre and most align the golf course, a private facility designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr. and Robert Trent Jones Jr. The 42,000-square-foot clubhouse features an upscale dining room, wine room, library, and locker rooms with separate lounges. Concierge services include home delivery of cuisine from the clubhouse restaurant.

Christopher Homes provides each buyer at The Villas and The Christopher Collection with a social membership to the Southern Highlands Golf Club, upon application approval.

Southern Highlands is a guard-gated community with roving security. Additional amenities include a sports and fitness center with five lighted tennis courts, a pool, spa, fitness equipment, professional trainers and treatment rooms.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to Lake Mead Drive and exit west following the signs. The sales office and models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
