Pageantry opens sales center

Pageantry Realty Communities has opened the sales center for its Aventine and Tramonti developments in the Centennial Hills area of the northwestern valley.

"Aventine and Tramonti will be a great addition to this beautifully planned community," vice president Lynnette Lane said. "We are thrilled to be offering these two affordable neighborhood options for our home buyers."

Priced from the $120,000s, Aventine features three floor plans ranging from 1,108 to 1,588 square feet. The townhomes have two or three bedrooms, two or three baths, and a one- or two-car garage.

Condominiums at Tramonti measure 1,091 or 1,196 square feet. The two plans offer two or three bedrooms and two baths. A one-car garage is optional. Prices start at $110,000.

Both developments will be gated and offer resort-like amenities such as a pool, spa, playground and barbecue area.

"Similar plans that we have offered in other communities have sold out in just a few months, so we are anticipating a great demand for these two communities," Lane said.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Durango Drive, go west to Oso Blanca Road and turn right. Proceed to Grand Teton Drive and turn left. Turn left on Tee Pee Lane and go to Gilcrease Avenue, turn left and follow the signs.

The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
