Custom-home sites available at Spanish Hills
Spanish Hills is one of the "best kept secrets" in the southwestern valley, according to Cheryl Griffin, a sales agent with Dyson & Dyson Real Estate Associates. "Spanish Hills is a truly intimate community that features some of the most beautiful custom homes in the valley. At full buildout, the master plan only calls for approximately 200 total custom homes, with each having a 4,000-square-foot minimum building requirement," Griffin said. The guard-gated community is on the south side of Tropicana Avenue, west of Durango Drive. Twenty-three home sites are available for immediate building and priced from $117,000 to $253,000. In addition, reservations are being accepted for 50 home sites -- 37 view lots and 13 interior lots -- that will soon be available for purchase. These lots measure from 11,500 to 24,000 square feet and are priced from $160,000 to $835,000. Home-site buyers can use their own builder or one of the community's featured builders. Dyson & Dyson's Executive Concierge service is available to all residents of Spanish Hills. Services include arranging for transportation in the company's courtesy limousine; use of a complimentary moving van; as well as preparing lodging, spa, restaurant, golf course and show reservations. The community, which has views of the city and mountains, features tennis and basketball courts, and a playground.
