Anthem Country Club offers immediate occupancy

An Aria floor plan near Anthem Country Club's championship golf course in Henderson is ready for quick move-in. Located in the Barrington neighborhood, the home backs up to the fairway of the golf course's 15th hole.

"The Aria is one of our favorite home plans. It's perfect for families that often entertain guests," sales and marketing executive Bob Rademacher said.

With 3,961 square feet, the design is one of the largest offered in the Del Webb Corp. country club.

The home includes three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, formal living and dining rooms, a den, upgraded flooring, and skylights.

Priced at $802,731, the home also has an owner suite measuring about 600 square feet and a four-car garage.

The guard-gated community is part of Del Webb's 5,000-acre Anthem master-planned community in Henderson. Twenty floor plans in four collections are available, measuring from 1,275 to 4,811 square feet. Prices range from the $200,000s to more than $1 million.

Custom-home sites are also available, offering city, mountain and golf course views. Prices start from $180,000 to more than $700,000.

With the purchase of a home or home site, owners receive a social membership in the country club which gives them access to members-only restaurants and an athletic club.

The athletic club features fitness equipment; a swimming pool; tennis, basketball and volleyball courts; an aerobics studio; and full-service salon.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Eastern Avenue, and travel south about three miles past St. Rose Parkway. The sales center is open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
