Christopher Collection accesses country club
Country club living is the highlight of The Christopher Collection, a Christopher Homes neighborhood built along the Southern Highlands Golf Club in the southwestern valley, according to sales agent Teresa Tebbs. The neighborhood offers 15 single- and two-story plans, measuring from about 3,000 to 6,200 square feet and priced from the mid-$400,000s to more than $1 million. Home sites average about one-quarter acre and more than 75 percent are located along the golf course. Four elevations and 12 color palettes are available per plan. Tebbs said home buyers have been impressed by the available design options. "Our buyers are also delighted to learn that Christopher Homes gives them a superior level of flexibility in terms of selecting their own `included' amenities," Tebbs said. "The price of each home in The Christopher Collection includes a $25,000 allowance that can be used for structural variations, design center customizing options or a combination of both." Among the options are elevators, motor courts, courtyard fireplaces, detached guest quarters, room additions, four-car garages, extra baths, bonus rooms, libraries, wine cellars, and wet bars. Buyers may consult with the builder's architectural designers and design center staff for assistance. The builder provides each buyer with a social membership to the Southern Highlands Golf Club, upon application approval. The club offers roving security, concierge services, parks, open spaces and recreational facilities. Consisting of semicustom and custom homes, the enclave is located on the southern edge of the 2,300-acre Southern Highlands community. To visit, take Interstate 15 south to Lake Mead Drive and go west, following the signs. Models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
