Del Webb launches golf promotion

Del Webb Corp.'s Sun City Anthem in Henderson is offering Clark County residents a golf package at The Revere golf course.

The package includes an 18-hole round of golf, use of a cart and lunch for $49. It runs through the end of August.

"Our course is both challenging and beautiful," Clay Meininger, director of golf, said. "The greens and fairways are in excellent shape. The Revere was designed by legendary PGA Tour player Billy Casper and architect Greg Nash."

Meininger said golfers will have the opportunity to play a new Sun City course this fall.

"Our new 23,000-square-foot clubhouse will be shared by both Revere courses," he said. "One course will be named the Lexington, the other Concord."

The age-qualified com- munity offers 17 models, ranging from 1,080 to 3,009 square feet and more through the community's Gold Key program.

Homes are priced from the high $130,000s to more than $500,000.

To tour the community's model village, take Eastern Avenue south, two miles past St. Rose Parkway. The sales office is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
