Turnberry Place features four towers

Residents in the first of four planned 40-story towers at Turnberry Place are enjoying the perks of living the high life in Las Vegas. The high-rise development is being built at 2777 Paradise Road.

Residents Frances and Richard MacDonald like the views from their 6,000-square-foot penthouse in the development's first tower, which opened in February.

"The incredible views are definitely something we couldn't live without. We spend a lot of our time entertaining, and our guests enjoy spending time on our balcony, which overlooks the city. They are not able to do that from their homes in the valley," Frances MacDonald said.

"One day we saw the ad in the paper for Turnberry Place, and on that same day we went to the sales office, took a tour, and knew that Turnberry would be the perfect fit for our lifestyle. We are really looking forward to the opening of The Stirling Club on the property later this summer."

The Stirling Club will feature casual and formal dining; a 30,000-square-foot spa with a beauty salon, spas, saunas and steam baths; a Pilates studio; swimming pools; and fitness center. It will also feature a lounge with a piano bar, a discotheque, billiards room, wine and cigar room, concierge service, lighted clay tennis courts, business center, and library.

"People are looking for the lifestyle that comes with owning a high-rise home. We've found that lifestyle to be about convenience, privacy, and luxury services and amenities ... People also want to be closer to the exciting hotels, dining and entertainment that this city has to offer," John Riordan, vice president of sales, said.

Other amenities include valet parking, 24-hour security, concierge service, limousine service and room service.

The 15-acre community offers 10 floor plans, measuring from 1,550 to 8,000 square feet and priced from $450,000 to more than $4.5 million. Each residence includes marble spa tubs, granite-kitchen counter tops, appliances and wrap-around glass balconies.

Home buyers can tour a 2,825-square-foot model residence that simulates the view from the 27th floor of Towers One and Two in the community's sales pavilion, located on Paradise Road, north of Desert Inn Road. Hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
