Ambience draws home buyer to Rhodes Ranch

Marcus Fine, a home buyer at Rhodes Ranch, said the ambience of the southwestern valley community was a key factor in his purchase decision.

"My wife and I were amazed at the gorgeous homes available at Rhodes Ranch," Fine said. "It seems that most of the communities here have Rhodes Ranch-inspired designs that are not available anywhere else in Southern Nevada. It almost makes you feel like you are purchasing a custom home in an exclusive tropical oasis."
