Myriad floor plans offered at Rhodes Ranch

Rhodes Ranch, a southwestern valley community, is comprised of several neighborhoods, including The Links and The Lakes by Rhodes Homes.

Two two-story homes are also featured. The Oakhurst provides three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths in 1,823 square feet, and is priced from the low $180,000s. The Riviera offers four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and an optional master retreat. It measures 2,130 square feet and is priced from the low $190,000s.

Homes at The Lakes offer customizing options.

Measuring 2,779 square feet is the two-story Augusta, which has four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and a downstairs master suite.

Options include two additional bedrooms, and the home is priced from the low $220,000s.

The 2,697-square-foot Memorial features four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths plus a three-car tandem garage. The base price is in the mid-$220,000s. A fifth bedroom can be added, expanding the home to 2,893 square feet.

The price for the upgraded design starts from the low $230,000s.

Rhodes Ranch is located just south of the intersection of Durango Drive and Interstate 215. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
