Dove Canyon agent extols amenities

Southern Nevada home buyers looking for a home with a wide variety of features can find them at Dove Canyon, a neighborhood in North Las Vegas built by The Developers of Nevada, according to sales agent Lori Resco-Garcia.

"Our homes have a number of extra included features at no extra charge," Resco-Garcia said. "This provides new home buyers with an excellent value for the price."

Amenities include Roman tubs, a choice of front-yard landscaping options, pantries with adjustable shelving, textured ceilings, rounded corners and finished garages.

The neighborhood offers six floor plans.

Three of the two-story homes offer three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The Ponderosa model measures 1,623 square feet with an optional loft, the Spring provides 1,754 square feet, and the Kyle design measures 1,783 square feet.

The 2,011-square-foot Stillwater floor plan offers four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a two-car garage, and options for a loft or bonus room.

The community also features two one-story homes: the Bryce with two bedrooms and two baths, and the Sequoia with three bedrooms and two baths.

Prices start from the low $130,000s to the mid-$150,000s.

To visit, take Craig Road to Decatur Boulevard and go north, past Lone Mountain Road, following the signs. Sales office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
