Custom lots available in Seven Hills

The Seven Hills community in Henderson offers a broad range of custom-home sites, most of which are located in neighborhoods along a golf course, according to developer Silver Canyon Partnership. Lots with views of the course, city and mountains are available.

The custom sites measure up to about an acre and are priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million. More than 200 lots have been sold, and more than 120 custom homes are in different stages of development.

Amenities within the guard-gated custom neighborhoods include landscaped open space, a view park, a 2-acre park complete with tennis and basketball courts, and a playground.

Residents may also enjoy the amenities of the community's four city parks and neighborhood parks.

Amenities found among these parks include basketball and tennis courts, picnic shelters, soccer and baseball fields, volleyball courts, and playgrounds.

To visit the sales pavilion, take Interstate 215 to Eastern Avenue, go south to St. Rose Parkway, turn right and then turn left on Seven Hills Drive. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
