Renaissance releases golf course lots
Pardee Homes has released a new phase of homes at its Renaissance neighborhood, most of which overlook a golf course adjacent to the Seven Hills community, according to company executive Ray Landry. "There will not be too many more opportunities to move up to a Renaissance home," Landry said. "There are only two more releases of homes before this spectacular neighborhood is sold out." The gated neighborhood features terraced home sites. The homes include features such as rotunda and courtyard entries, butler's pantry, sculptured fireplaces, high ceilings and arched doorways. Five one- and two-story floor plans range from 2,726 to 4,620 square feet. The single-story floor plans include the choice of two bedrooms with a den or secondary suite, and as many as four bedrooms or a den option in 2,726 to 2,938 square feet. There are three two-story plans in 3,756 to 4,620 square feet with as many as seven bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths. Kitchens feature granite slab counter tops, chrome faucets with pull-out sprayers, oak cabinetry, pantries, five-burner cook tops, built-in microwaves and conventional ovens, and dishwashers in choice of white or black. Options include expanded room for commercial appliances. Options include bay windows, French doors at courtyard entries, wrought-iron balustrades on staircases, lofts, dens, game rooms, bonus rooms, a bar off the family room in Plan Four, and a wraparound balcony in one model. Prices start from the low $300,000s to the low $400,000s. All of the homes incorporate Energy Star technology, which makes them at least 30 percent more efficient than a standard home. Benefits include a decrease in ultraviolet light through special windows, savings in utilities, and more quietness. The builder offers the services of an options consultant, who assists buyers at the design center. To visit, take Eastern Avenue south, past St. Rose Parkway, to Grand Hills Drive, turn right and follow the signs to the models. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at 11 a.m. Seven Hills is a 1,300-acre community in Henderson featuring city and neighborhood parks and miles of interconnecting trails and walkways. Pardee has built more than 25,000 homes in Southern Nevada since 1952.
