Toll Bros. promotes Abbotsford design

The single-story Abbotsford model at Heritage Glen in Summerlin is an ideal home for entertaining, according to builder Toll Bros.

A covered entry leads into its foyer, which features a 16-foot ceiling and an adjacent study.

Its great room is highlighted by a media niche, fireplace and two sets of patio doors, while the nearby dining room is surrounded by a bay window that overlooks the back yard.

Its kitchen features a breakfast area, island, double wall oven, walk-in pantry, granite counter tops and cast-iron sink.

A bay window and a patio door brighten the master suite where a walk-in closet; bath with a separate tub and shower, dual vanities, and dressing area; and an optional fireplace also are featured.

The home also includes art niches, 10-foot ceilings throughout, laundry room, powder room, two additional bedrooms which share a bath, and split three-car garage. Available options include French doors in the great room, and a fourth bedroom with a third bath in place of the study.

The 3,360-square-foot home offers three exterior designs and is priced from $422,975.

The 4,360-square-foot Chatsworth and 4,140-square-foot Beningbrough designs are also modeled at the guard-gated neighborhood.

Residents have access to several community amenities in Willow Creek village, including walking trails, a half basketball court, tennis courts with a pavilion, play area, and park with gazebo. Home buyers may also enjoy the amenities of the Summerlin master-planned community.

To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive, and proceed south to Havenwood Lane, past Sahara Avenue. Turn right and then proceed to Golden Willow Lane and turn right.

The models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.

Toll Bros. is celebrating its 35th anniversary in home building and is active in 22 states.
