Incentives are being offered on homes ready for August or September delivery. For a limited time, buyers receive a washer, dryer, refrigerator and window treatments with the purchase of select homes.

The neighborhood also features a 1-acre park.

"It will be hard to find another community that offers such great value in the growing northwest," Jeff Galindo, sales manager, said.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to the Centennial Parkway exit. Turn right at Frontage Road and then turn left on Interstate 215. Turn left at Jones Boulevard, proceed to Elkhorn Road and turn right, and then turn left on Thom Road.
