Agent: ChristopjerBellacere provides advantages

Several benefits await clients who choose to build a custom home in Christopher Homes' Bellacere neighborhood in Summerlin, according to sales agent Patty Jones.

According to Jones, the guard-gated neighborhood is the last custom neighborhood being built along the fairways of the TPC at The Canyons golf course. The neighborhood, which has 15 of its 60 home sites available for sale, consists of residences valued from about $650,000 to more than $4 million on lots that range from about one-third acre to one-half acre.

"Bellacere is unique in Summerlin as there is no other neighborhood where a buyer can choose a golf course home site, build their dream home on it, and work with a single company throughout the entire process," Jones said. "Our clients have the opportunity to select from a variety of excellent golf course home sites, including many with spectacular fairway or double-fairway views, as well as views of the Las Vegas skyline and the surrounding mountains.

"As an added benefit, buyers have the luxury of being able to purchase two adjoining home sites to create a spectacular estate up to an acre in size. Also, each home site in Bellacere backs onto either the golf course or the private linear park that traverses the neighborhood, providing more privacy and creating a pleasant outdoor environment for our homeowners."

Furthermore, Jones said there are advantages to having Christopher Homes handle every aspect of the design, construction and interior design of the residences.

"Perhaps the most important benefit is our focus on making the process of building a custom home as simplified and convenient as possible for our clients," Jones said. "We have the knowledge and the resources to assist our clients with every conceivable aspect of building a custom home -- from choosing the appropriate home site right through the design process, construction and final orientation. We also offer the most sought-after amenities in the industry such as basements, elevators, detached casitas, wine cellars, fireside courtyards and a complete range of other options."

Clients may consider dozens of the company's floor plans as a basis for their home's design. They also may consult with in-house architects, and interior designers at the builder's design center.

More than 30 custom homes are in different phases of development at the neighborhood.

Neighborhood amenities include entry monuments, a guard house, park, tennis court, playground and landscaped open space.

To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive, go south to Alta Drive and then turn east. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
