Topaz Springs agent touts three floor plans

Southern Nevada home buyers looking for unusual single-story homes may consider the three floor plans at Topaz Springs by Environments for Living, according to sales agent Renee Mancini.

The semicustom floor plans at the neighborhood range from 2,364 to 2,750 square feet.

The Plan A home features three bedrooms, a study, three baths and a three-car garage. It measures 2,500 square feet and is priced in the mid-$240,000s.

Plan B is a four-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath home measuring 2,750 square feet.

It features a three-car garage and an optional den. The home is priced from the mid-$260,000s.

The 2,364-square-foot Plan E home comes with four bedrooms, three baths and a three-car garage. The plan features a courtyard entry. It is priced from the mid-$250,000s.
