Special incentive offered at Bella Vista

Pulte Homes is offering to qualified buyers a $3,000 incentive toward the purchase of a new home at Bella Vista. The neighborhood is located in The Vistas village in Summerlin.

All four available floor plans are single-story and range from 1,418 to 1,881 square feet.

Prices start from $184,990 to $210,990.

Each home features Pulte's Platinum Series Environments for Living building technology, and has earned the Energy Star label for efficiency from the Environmental Protection Agency. A two-year heating and cooling guarantee is also included.

The Vistas is planned to include 28 neighborhoods, three parks, a worship site, retail center, as well as trails that link to the Summerlin trail system. Also planned are restaurants, entertainment venues and parks.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Far Hills Drive, go west to Bamboo Forest Place and turn left. The sales office is open from noon to 7 p.m. on Monday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Pulte Homes, the nation's largest home builder, is developing 11 subdivisions in Southern Nevada. The builder plans soon to introduce three new neighborhoods -- Sage Hills, Cara Vella and Wyeth Ranch.
