Pools showcased at Silverstone Ranch

Pulte Homes is offering buyer incentives throughout July on select plans within in its Princeville and Augusta collections at Silverstone Ranch in the northwestern valley.

According to Char, the incentive can be used toward the purchase of a swimming pool or other options.

The Princeville Collection offers single- and two-story designs ranging from 2,768 to 3,448 square feet. They are priced from the high $300,000s.

Single-story designs ranging from 1,913 to 2,616 square feet are available in the Augusta Collection. Homes are priced from the high $200,000s.

A total of six home collections will be featured at the community. Twenty floor plans are available, 18 of which are modeled. Homes are priced from the low $200,000s to the $500,000s.

All homes feature the builder's Platinum Plus Series Environments for Living technology, have earned the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star certification, and offer a three-year heating and cooling guarantee.

The community is being built around the fairways of Silverstone Golf Club, a 27-hole championship golf course. A 34,000-square-foot clubhouse offers dining and banquet facilities.

In addition, plans call for neighborhood amenities such as parks, basketball and tennis courts, playgrounds and an arbor. One neighborhood will have a guard-gated entry and a townhome development will have a social center and a swimming pool.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Durango Drive, head east to Grand Teton Drive and turn right. Proceed to Buffalo Drive, turn left and follow the signs.

The sales office and models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at noon.
