Stanpark begins presales at Crestline, Cascade
Stanpark Homes is beginning presales this week at its new Crestline and Cascade neighborhoods. "Coming off of our most successful home community to date at Monument at Lone Mountain, we're excited to incorporate our most outstanding features into the great new communities of Crestline and Cascade," sales and marketing director Michael Cox said. Crestline features four single- and two-story floor plans ranging from 1,502 to 2,333 square feet. Designs offer as many as six bedrooms and are priced from the $140,000s to the $180,000s. The neighborhood is located in North Las Vegas, near the intersection of Losee Road and Interstate 215. Cascade offers six single- and two-story designs ranging from 1,111 to 2,197 square feet. Homes have as many as four bedrooms and are priced from the $130,000s to the $170,000s. The northwest valley neighborhood is accessible from the Durango Drive exit off U.S. Highway 95. Both neighborhoods feature southwestern-inspired architecture, tile roofs, attached two-car garages, front-yard desert landscaping, and rear and side block walls. Interior amenities include gas appliances, oak cabinetry, ceramic-tile entries, prewiring for cable, upgraded light fixtures and walk-in closets. A variety of options are available. In addition, the homes have ground-mounted air-condi- tioning units and finished garages. A "no-cost" program helps potential buyers sell their current homes and offers a 1 percent discount on closing costs with use of an approved lender. In addition, a 10-year homeowner protection plan is offered. Sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
