Homes remain available in Seven Hills

Only a few new production homes remain available at Seven Hills, according to Dan Naef, an executive with the Henderson community's developer, Silver Canyon Partnership.

"We encourage prospective home buyers to begin their search at the Seven Hills sales and information pavilion," Naef said, noting staff can provide details about available homes.

The pavilion is located inside the community on Seven Hills Drive, about a mile west of the Eastern Avenue and St. Rose Parkway intersection. It is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.

Located in the foothills of Black Mountain, the 1,300-acre community will have more than 3,000 homes in 25 neighborhoods including an estimated 300 custom homes.

Custom-home sites remain available in the neighborhoods of Venezia and Terracina by Silver Canyon Partnership, and Corcovado and Portofino Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment Corp. Most sites are located in guard-gated neighborhoods that align the fairways of a golf course and offer views of the city and mountains.

Sites measure up to an acre and are priced from the $260,000s to more than $1 million.

About one-third of the community is dedicated to open space. Most neighborhoods adjoin walkways and parks, which variously feature basketball and tennis courts, soccer and baseball fields, volleyballs quads, and playgrounds.
