Courtyard highlights Cellini model at Barrington

The courtyard entry of the Cellini, a two-story floor plan at the Barrington neighborhood, is the home's signature feature, according to Gary Mayo, vice president of Toll Bros.

The four-bedroom, 3 1/2-bath home comes with windows throughout overlooking the courtyard, which is accessible through double doors from the living room.

"The courtyard is a European design feature that has proven incredibly popular in the Las Vegas luxury-home market," Mayo said.

Additional features in the 4,010-square-foot residence include a den, formal living room, formal dining room and an island kitchen. The kitchen features a pantry, work desk, dual wall-mounted ovens, and a breakfast nook with a bay window and space for built-in seats.

Other downstairs areas include a family room with a media center and fireplace, and a bedroom and bath.

Upstairs, the home offers a learning center with a built-in computer desk, a laundry room, two secondary bedrooms with a shared bath, and a master suite with a spa tub and dual walk-in closets. The master bedroom overlooks the courtyard.

Options for the floor plan include a deck off the master bedroom, a loft, a second covered patio or a casita.

The Cellini plan comes with a standard three-car split garage.

The home is priced from $543,975.

Located within The Vistas village in Summerlin, the gated Barrington neighborhood features a private park and borders another park. Four floor plans are available.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Far Hills Avenue, go west to Carriage Hill Drive, turn south and proceed to Vista Run Drive. Turn right and proceed to Roma Nord Place.

Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.

Toll Bros., which has been building homes for 36 years, is developing more than 175 subdivisions in 21 states.
