Rhodes Ranch celebrates Fourth

Hundreds of residents from Rhodes Ranch gathered recently for the annual Fourth of July celebration, one of several special events held throughout the year at the southwestern valley community.

"We've been hosting a Fourth of July barbecue and fireworks display since 1998. And each year it gets better and better," sales executive Bruce Marten said.

"Homeownership is part of the American dream, and there is no better way to celebrate the American spirit than the Fourth of July. That's why we've made it part of the Rhodes Ranch tradition."

Rhodes Homes recently opened models for its newest neighborhood in the community: The Collection. It offers floor plans ranging from 1,467 to 4,138 square feet with three to five bedrooms. Design features include a library and third-floor master retreat.

The residences are priced from the mid-$440,000s, and many of them are on sites that align the Rhodes Ranch Golf Club.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Durango Drive and head south.

The model homes are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
