Ryland adds subdivisions in southeast

Ryland Homes has introduced two new neighborhoods at the Sunrise Ridge community in the southeastern valley. With the addition of Treo and Calarosa, buyers can now choose from five neighborhoods.

Las Rosa, Posadas and Dorado comprise all single-story floor plans, while the two new properties offer single- and two-story designs.

Homes at Treo range from 1,598 to 1,953 and are priced from the high $100,000s. Calarosa's designs measure from 1,866 to 3,697 square feet and are priced from the high $200,000s.

Sales agent Mary Jane Sibella said home shoppers have been impressed by the community.

"With the market as hot as it is right now, it won't be long before we're completely sold out," she said. "That's why it's imperative for prospective buyers to visit the community as soon as possible to become qualified to purchase."

The single-story neighborhoods are gated and feature 11 floor plans. Prices start from the high $100,000s.

Las Rosa's four plans range from 946 to 1,416 square feet with one to two bedrooms and one to two baths. A one-car garage is standard.

Three designs are available at Posadas, and measure from 1,286 to 1,553 square feet with two or three bedrooms, two baths, a great room, plus a two-car garage. An attic/storage space is optional.

Floor plans range from 1,698 to 2,214 square feet at Dorado, where two-car garages are standard. The homes have two or three bedrooms plus two to three baths. Highlights include great rooms, dens, and island kitchens, per plan. One model offers a casita option.

The builder's TrueU design program allows buyers to customize their homes.

Resident amenities are planned to include a park, playground and two miles of landscaped trails.

To visit, take Interstate 515 to the Flamingo Road exit and head east. Turn left at Cabana Drive, then turn right at Desert Inn Road. Proceed to Theme Road and turn right. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
