-- Jim Lopes of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented Prism in its sale of 6,275 square feet at 5020 Schuster St. to Equity Share Realty, represented by Ken Beasley, for $750,000. In another transaction, Sam Scaletta represented Michael and Olga Haggerty in the purchase of 9,565 square feet at 320 Sunpac Court in Henderson from James Dayton, represented by David Bower of Excel Realty, for $640,000.

-- CB Richard Ellis' Carlton Geer and John Knott represented Boyd Lake Mead in the sale of 26.2 acres at the northeast corner of St. Rose Parkway and Jeffreys Street to KMSA for $10.9 million. Randy Broadhead and Darren Lemmon represented the Russell Professional Center in its five-year lease of 18,428 square feet at 8925 W. Russell Road to Ryland Homes of Nevada, represented by Brad Peterson, for $2 million. Lemmon represented Cooksey, Toolan, Gage, Duffy and Woog in a three-year lease of 6,216 square feet at 3930 Howard Hughes Parkway from Howard Hughes Properties for $599,000. In another transaction, Lemmon represented Howard Hughes Properties in a three-year lease of 4,923 square feet at 1140 Town Center Drive to Oak Hill Mortgage for $392,000. Brad Peterson and Jayne Cayton represented American Nevada Co. in a five-year lease of 10,158 square feet at 2470 Paseo Verde Parkway to Southeastern Freight Lines, represented by Lemmon, for $940,000. Cayton also represented Foodmaker in its three-year lease of 3,360 square feet 1055 E. Tropicana Ave. from Tropicana Partners for $270,000.

-- Charles W. Witters and David Flynn of Lee and Associates represented both parties in Siena V Holding's 120-month lease of 41,932 square feet at 2895 Siena Heights Drive in Henderson to Southwest Medical Associates for $11.5 million. Witters and Flynn also represented Sundant in its purchase of 10,700 square feet at 7611 Horizon Ridge Parkway in Henderson from Sandy Ridge, represented by BJ Melvin of Mandalay Realty, for $2 million.

-- NAI Horizon's Tony Amato represented Equilon Enterprises in the sale of .41 acres at 1509 W. Charleston Blvd. to First Street Ventures, represented by Bill Hogan of Grubb and Ellis, for $525,000.

-- Grubb and Ellis' David Scherer, Barton Hyde, and Kent Johns represented C&J Properties in its purchase of 4,110 square feet at 1025 S. Main St. from Y.R.J. Property Management, represented by Matt Minnis of Moody Rambin, for $325,000. Scherer, Hyde and Johns also represented Triple Net Properties in its 63-month lease of 1,420 square feet at 7201 W. Lake Mead Blvd., Suite 500, to Cassady Law Offices, represented by Jasen Cassady, for $205,099. Scherer, Hyde and Johns also represented 333 S. Sixth St. in its sale of 17,500 square feet at 333 S. Sixth St. to Toddco General, represented by Tom Todd, for $3.2 million. In another transaction, Michael Kammerling represented Sizzler USA Real Property in its 10-year lease of 7,500 square feet at 3553 S. Rainbow Blvd. to Swagat Indian Cuisine, represented by Jeff Carlis of Blatteis Real Estate, for $1.41 million. Kammerling also represented CPC Shops in its five-year lease of 1,200 square feet at 10860 W. Charleston Blvd. to Rocco's New York Pizzeria, represented by Sal Granati of the Prudential Americana Group, for $267,580. Kammerling represented Jimmy John's Gourmet Subs in its five-year lease of 1,200 square feet at 4800 S. Maryland Parkway, Suite C, from RN Development, represented by Laurence Friedman, for $96,000. Kammerling represented Check City in its five-year lease of 2,500 square feet at the northeast corner of Eastern Avenue and Silverado Drive from Eastern Silverado, represented by Ali Kaveh of Platinum Realty, for $424,254.
